Hi-Bay lighting dilemma.

Has anyone heard of a retractable cabling system for use in lowering hi bay lighting to a serviceable height? I ask because I inherited 24 lights in a building over sawmill equipment that we cannot service. 18 of these lights have stopped working and I'm trying to come up with a long-term solution. We cannot use any kind of extension cord and cable that would hang down as we have an overhead rail crane that travels under the lights with the plugins being about 8 feet above the lights.

@Mike Walter Have you looked into motorized hoist systems? Some retractable cable reels are designed specifically for hi-bay service.
